Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation: PAC reserves the right to cancel this membership agreement at its discretion. The Member may cancel their membership by giving PAC a 1-month notice. No fee is charged for cancellation. Disclaimer: PAC is not responsible for damage to items left in your vehicle, or loss of items left in your vehicle, while it is being washed or detailed. • Please check your vehicle before the appointment and remove any personal belongings. There may be an extra charge of $25 to remove and repack owner items left in the auto. • When check-in, we ask our customers to identify, before we start detailing, any sections or parts already broken or in a condition about to fail. Extra care will then be taken during the cleaning process in these areas. • If we find defective materials or loose-fitting parts while cleaning, we may not be able to clean them properly and will advise the customer. • The glove box will not be cleaned and Owner contents in the glove boxes will not be disrupted. • Child car seat(s) should be removed before the appointment If you wish the seat cleaned under the child seat. Membership plans are a one-hour maintenance wash and cleaning suggested for newer or previously detailed vehicles. It is not meant to be a deep cleaning. Keep in mind the expectation and quality are far different than a full detail appointment that can take from 5-8 hours of labor. If there is any damage to the vehicle, you must bring it to the attendant’s attention before we leave the appointment. Weather-Related Appointment Changes At Pampered Auto Care, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile detailing services. However, due to the nature of our services and their dependence on weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone appointments in the event of inclement weather. This includes, but is not limited to, heavy rain, snow, or extreme temperatures that could affect the safety or quality of the detailing process. If your appointment is affected by weather, our team will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule your service. We will work with you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule.
